WinLion's welcome package includes 240 free spins in total: 180 on deposit one and 60 on deposit four. The 180 do not land in one lump - they release 20 per day over 9 days. Free spins carry separate playthrough rules from the match bonus, and they run on Pragmatic Play titles like Gates of Olympus. No promo code is needed to receive them.
How the 240 free spins split
The 240 spins are tied to two of the four welcome deposits, not spread evenly. Deposit one carries 180, deposit four carries the remaining 60. Deposits two and three add match money only and no spins, which the welcome bonus breakdown lays out in full.
| Deposit | Free spins | Release |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | 180 | 20 per day over 9 days |
| 4th | 60 | On deposit |
| Total | 240 | - |
The 9-day drip on the first 180
The 180 spins from deposit one release 20 per day across 9 days rather than all at once. That drip is deliberate - it keeps the account active for over a week and stops a player burning 180 spins in a single session. If you want all 180, you log in across those 9 days to collect each daily batch of 20.
- Deposit 1 (drip) — 75%
- Deposit 4 — 25%
Separate playthrough on spin winnings
Winnings from free spins are wagered under their own playthrough rules, not folded into the 40x that applies to the match bonus funds. That means the spin winnings and the deposit-match bonus clear on separate tracks. Read the exact numbers in the current terms before you count on a cashout, since WinLion states its overall wagering as 30-40x depending on the bonus.
The same clause that governs the match applies here: bonus winnings must be withdrawn as soon as wagering is met, or extra winnings can be capped. Waiting past the point of clearance risks losing the surplus, so you cash out when the requirement is done - the withdrawal page covers the payout methods, times and limits in full.
Which slots the spins run on
The free spins are set on Pragmatic Play titles, and Gates of Olympus is the headline slot they attach to. Pragmatic Play is one of the 40+ studios on the WinLion floor, alongside NetEnt (think Starburst), Play'n GO and Yggdrasil, out of a library of 3,000+ games.
Pros
- 240 free spins total across the welcome package
- Drip release of 20/day over 9 days keeps spins from being used up at once
- Runs on known Pragmatic Play slots like Gates of Olympus
- No promo code needed to receive them
Cons
- 180 spins take 9 days to fully arrive, not instant
- Spin winnings carry separate playthrough rules to track
- Only two of four deposits (D1 and D4) award spins
- Winnings can be capped if not withdrawn once wagering clears
How to trigger the spins
There is no code step. A deposit from the $10 minimum activates the first tier, and the 180-spin drip begins from there. The final 60 land on deposit four. Full deposit mechanics sit on the minimum deposit page, and there is no separate no-deposit free-spins offer standing at WinLion.
To collect these spins you first need to sign up and fund a qualifying deposit - the daily drip only begins once your WinLion account is open.
- Register on the official WinLion site with details that match your ID (sign-up guide).
- Make a first deposit of at least $10 by Interac, card, bank transfer, Bitcoin or Tether, with the welcome offer selected.
- The first batch of 20 spins becomes available once the deposit clears; open an eligible Pragmatic Play slot such as Gates of Olympus to use them.
- Log in on each of the following 8 days to collect the next batch of 20 - 180 spins over 9 days in total.
- Track the playthrough on your spin winnings in your account, separately from the 40x on match funds.
- Make your fourth deposit to receive the final 60 spins, then withdraw once the wagering on your bonus winnings is met.

Do you get all 180 spins on a $10 deposit?
Yes. The 180 free spins come with the first-deposit tier, not with the deposit size, so a $10 deposit unlocks the same 180 spins as a $500 one. What changes with the amount is the match money: $10 in returns $10 of bonus funds, while the full $500 deposit-one match needs a $500 deposit. For a small test deposit, the spins are the larger part of the value. The minimum deposit guide shows the match at different deposit sizes.
Getting the most from a 9-day drip
The drip rewards a short daily visit rather than one long session. Each batch of 20 is usually best played in one sitting on the eligible slot, so you can see what the batch returned before the next day's spins arrive. Because Pragmatic Play's free-spin titles such as Gates of Olympus are high-volatility games with a published 96.50% RTP, results from a single batch swing widely - judge the spins over the full 180, not day by day.
Keep the two balances apart in your head. Spin winnings clear on their own playthrough, and the match money needs 40x on bonus funds. Once a requirement is met, request the withdrawal rather than playing the cleared balance on, since extra winnings can be capped under the withdraw-now clause. Interac cannot be used to cash out, so a card, bank transfer or crypto wallet should be ready for the exit.
Free spins on mobile
The spins work the same on a phone as on desktop. On iPhone you can add WinLion to the Home Screen from Safari, on Android you can use the web app or the direct APK from the official site, and in any mobile browser you can play with nothing installed. There is no separate app-only spin offer - the 240 spins in the welcome package are the whole free-spin deal on every device. A daily drip is easier to collect from a home-screen icon, which is the main practical reason to install the web app.
